About This Site
This website is operated by Babykaafo for the MIAA 2026 programme ("MIAA"), including the Marathon & Walk, Screening, Training, Volunteer, and MIAA Implementation Partner registration flows. By registering or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.
Not a Medical Service
MIAA is a mobilisation and coordination programme. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. Any screening, referral, or clinical service you receive is provided by an approved health partner, under that partner's own clinical processes, not by MIAA directly.
Registration and Payment
Some MIAA activities (such as the Professional Run category of the Marathon & Walk, and T-shirt purchases) require payment, processed through our payment provider. Prices, categories, and available options are set by MIAA and may change. Where a paid registration cannot be fulfilled, MIAA will contact you regarding a refund.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering — including contact details used to reach you about your registration, event logistics, or screening/training coordination.
Endorsements and Partnerships
No page on this site names, implies, or references any government ministry, agency, or health authority as approving, endorsing, or formally partnering with MIAA unless that relationship has been confirmed by Babykaafo in writing. Partner and sponsor logos are only displayed once that partnership is confirmed in writing.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
