The National Infrastructure
The MIAA Framework is the national infrastructure that makes programmes like MIAA The Breast possible — one person, one MIAA ID, one national relational database, connecting every man's journey from registration through training, action, and recognition, wherever in Ghana he joins.
MIAA The Breast is the first application built on this framework. Future preventive-health applications will reuse the same identity spine, the same Regional Coordinator network, and the same MIAA Implementation Partner model — rather than starting from scratch each time.
National → Regional → Local
National MIAA sets direction; Regional Coordinators run each region; MIAA Implementation Partners and individuals carry the work into households, workplaces, and communities.
One MIAA ID for Life
Every man keeps a single identity across every activity — Marathon, Training, Certification, and preventive-health action — for as long as he is part of MIAA.
