Men as Partners

Government cannot put a health professional in every household. MIAA is building a network of men across Ghana equipped to support preventive health within their families, workplaces, and communities — starting with MIAA The Breast, our first application, focused on breast health.

MIAA is a Babykaafo programme. Babykaafo is the named data controller of record for the MIAA 2026 platform, responsible for how information collected through registration, training, screening coordination, and volunteering is handled — see our Privacy Policy and Data Protection pages for detail.

MIAA is not a medical provider and does not replace clinical care. Screening, diagnosis, and treatment remain the responsibility of approved health partners; MIAA coordinates access and mobilises men to encourage that access, nothing more.
