Part 1

Logging In

No password to remember. Your phone number is your login — every time.

1

Go to the MIAA website

Open miaa.babykaafo.org on your phone or computer.

2

Scroll to the very bottom

Under "Get Involved," tap Coordinator Login.

3

Type your phone number

The same number MIAA already has for you. Tap Send Code.

4

Check your text messages

A 6-digit code arrives by SMS within a minute. It's a new code every time — never a password to remember.

5

Type the code, tap Verify & Sign In

You're in.

6

Cover more than one region?

You'll see a short list — tap the region you want to work in right now.

Part 2

Your Home Screen

The first thing you see after logging in — called Today. It answers one question: what actually needs me right now?

Recent Registrations

Everyone who has signed up in your region lately, and what for — Marathon, Training, or Screening.

Set-Up Prompts

A gold banner appears if your region has no event live yet — with a button to fix it in one tap.

Needs Your Attention

Only shows up when something is actually waiting on you. Nothing here means you're caught up.

Part 3

The Menu — What's Where

Open the menu (top-left on your phone) to see everything you can do. Here's what each one is for.

People

Everyone registered in your region, with contact details.

Marathon Events

Set your Walk/Marathon date and venue. Live the moment you save it.

Training Sessions

Schedule a training date, venue, and trainer for your region.

Screening Events

Coordinate breast screening dates with your health partner.

Notify Me Requests

People waiting to hear from you once a date is confirmed.

Coordinators

Everyone else working your region, and how to reach them.

Regional Tracker — your region's full picture

One place, seven tabs. This is where you run the region day to day.

1Dashboard

Your numbers — Men Trained, Women Screened, Runners — and a target for each.

2Tasks / Checklist

24 launch steps, from "Regional Lead confirmed" to "Regional report submitted." Tick them off.

3Training Log

Every training session with who registered, attended, and got certified.

4Radio Partner

Your station's contact details and publicity progress.

5Health Partner

Your screening partner's details, capacity, and status.

6Marathon Ops

Route, police, water, T-shirts, bibs — everything for event day.

7Reports

Target vs actual, overdue items, at a glance — check this weekly.

Sponsors

Every sponsor you're talking to — water, T-shirts, venue — and where each stands.

Part 4

Your First Week

New to your region's dashboard? Work down this list in order.

1

Clear anyone waiting on you

Open Notify Me Requests and your home screen's Recent Registrations. Reply to anyone who's been waiting.

→ Home screen → Notify Me Requests

2

Set your Marathon date

If the gold banner is showing on your home screen, your region has no event yet. Fix it here.

→ Marathon Events → New Event

3

Schedule your first Training

Pick a date, a venue, and a trainer.

→ Training Sessions → Schedule Session

4

Log your Radio and Health partners

Save their contact details so the whole team can see them, not just you.

→ Regional Tracker → Radio Partner / Health Partner

5

Add sponsors as you find them

Don't wait until a deal is confirmed — log the conversation as soon as it starts.

→ Sponsors → Add Sponsor

6

Work through your Checklist

Tick off what is genuinely done — this is what tells Accra your region is on track.

→ Regional Tracker → Tasks / Checklist

7

Check Reports every week

See your target vs actual and anything overdue, before it becomes a problem.

→ Regional Tracker → Reports

Part 5

Quick Answers

I didn't get my code

Double-check the number you typed. Wait one full minute — codes can be a little slow. Still nothing? Go back and tap Send Code again.

I'm seeing someone else's menu, or the wrong region

This happens if you were already signed in as an admin in the same browser. Sign out completely, then go back to Coordinator Login and sign in again — it clears the old session for you automatically.

Someone was trained in person, not registered online — how do I count them?

Regional Tracker → Dashboard → "Add Offline/Manual Count." Pick the metric, type the number, add a short note. It adds on top of your online registrations — nothing is lost either way.

Nothing shows on my home screen — is that a problem?

No. An empty "Needs Your Attention" section means you are caught up. Check Recent Registrations for your latest sign-ups.

I made a mistake in the Checklist or a Report field

Just open that item again and change it — every field can be edited any time, saving again simply replaces the old answer.

I cover more than one region — can I switch later?

Yes. Sign out, sign in again with your number, and pick the other region from the list.

Tip — the fastest coordinators check their home screen and Reports tab every morning, even just for a minute.
